The small print 1. All bookings are subject to availability of a suitable vehicle. 2. We reserve the right to send an alternative vehicle to the one booked, ensuring that it can do the job. We would never intentionally let anyone down. 3. All vehicles are non-smoking/eating/drinking unless the driver gives his consent. 4. All bookings must be confirmed with our booking reference number. 5. An additional charge may be applied for excessive/unnecessary waiting. For an airport arrival we generally include the first hour of waiting. 6. An additional charge may be applied if the confirmed job is altered. 7. Cancellations more than 7 days of pickup – a full credit will be given more than 48 hours of pickup – a 50% credit will be given less than 48 hours of arrival – no refund (however if you change your plans, we may change the booking without penalty. 8. Payments will be by your chosen credit card – as per the booking form. 4% will be added to the quoted price to reimburse us for the service fee/administration fee we are charged by the credit card companies 9. Any information we have obtained from you will not be disclosed to any third parties at any time. 10. All transactions must be in U.K. Sterling pounds.
