The small print
1. All bookings are subject to availability of a suitable vehicle.
2. We reserve the right to send an alternative vehicle to the one booked, ensuring that it can do the job. We would never intentionally let anyone down.
3. All vehicles are non-smoking/eating/drinking unless the driver gives his consent.
4. All bookings must be confirmed with our booking reference number.
5. An additional charge may be applied for excessive/unnecessary waiting. For an airport arrival we generally include the first hour of waiting.
6. An additional charge may be applied if the confirmed job is altered.
7. Cancellations .
* more than 7 days of collection - a full credit will be given
* more than 48 hours of collection - a 50% credit will be given
* less than 48 hours of collection - no refund ( however if you change your plans we may change the booking without penalty )
8. Payments will be by your chosen credit / debit card as per the booking form - the credit card fees will be included into the price quoted to you - this is to reimburse us for the service fee levied on us by the credit card companies.
9. Any information that we have gained from you will not be disclosed to any third parties at any time.
10. All transactions must in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling.
